Since 2006 Emergence has been producing a unique body of work. Bassist Mishko M’ba and singer Krishna McKenzie work with guitarist Sankarshan Kini to reinterpret this music. Krishna’s songs are born of his travels as an Englishman who came to India in the ‘90s to live off the land. Today he pioneers an initiative to bring people together with food, music and the ground beneath their feet.
